the Handstand Takeoff is a self-paced course designed for anyone, regardless of experience, to build the strength, flexibility, and confidence needed to master handstand kick-ups and conquer their fear of inversions.

ABOUT ME
JYAN
my yoga journey started after I was diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis at 21 years old. at that point, I was determined to not undergo surgery and sought after different modes of healing - I chanced upon a yoga workshop and that changed my life forever. I signed up for 2 YTTs (200 & 300 hours) and after 6 months of consistent practice, I experienced healing physically and mentally.
after my recovery, movement became a luxury. I started exploring various disciplines such as calisthenics, dance, and acrobatics to educate proper technique and body-mind connection to create a well-rounded yoga practice. it is my passion to share the transformative power of yoga and help you discover your own path to wellness.

using the elements of Yoga as tools of introspection (work in) and physical practice (work out), my mission is to create a healthier mental and physical you in order to become beacons of light towards people around us (make connections).
