Can I extend my packages?


We will only accept package extensions based on the following reason(s):

  • Medical Injury
  • Overseas travel
  • Pregnancy
Please submit the relevant documents to hello@jyanyoga.com and let us know the details of your package extension request.




Are your packages transferrable?


Yes, you may to transfer your remaining class credits to another student. However, there will be a transfer fee of $50.

Do you have any introductory offers?


You may check out our 3-class trial class pack ($48) valid for first timers only. The class pack is valid for one month from the first day of class. Get your trial pack here.




How do I book a class/workshop?


You will need to purchase a class pack first via Mindbody To purchase a class package:

  1. Go to our pricing page
  2. Click on the preferred package of your choice
  3. Click on checkout and sign in to your Mindbody Account. Once the purchase is successful, you are ready to book your class!
To book a class via Mindbody website:
  1. Click here to head to our Class Bookings page
  2. Scroll down to find the class you want to book and click on “Sign Up Now”
  3. Click on either “Make Single Reservation” or “Make a Recurring Reservation”
  4. Confirm your booking and see you in class!
To book a class via the Mindbody app:
  1. Search for Jyan Yoga
  2. Tap on “View Schedule”
  3. Tap on your preferred date and class (remember to check if its studio/livestream)
  4. Confirm your booking and see you in class!




What is your cancellation/no-show policy?


We have a strict class cancellation policy - you must cancel your booking at least 6 hours in advance. No credits will be refunded for late-cancellations. If you purchased a Monthly Unlimited pass and late cancel/are absent for the class, your pass will be suspended for 5 days. If you are absent/late cancel for more than 3 classes, your pass will be suspended.

What is the studio etiquette?


Just 3 simple rules:

  1. BYO mat towel/mat or if needed, you may rent a towel from the studio at $2.
  2. Be mindful, be present.
  3. Leave your phones outside the studioWear comfortable workout attire, avoid loose clothing as it may hinder your practice.




What do I need to bring?


  1. Water bottle (bottled water available for purchase)
  2. Yoga Mat/Mat Towel (towels available for rental)




How do I get there?


Open-air parking is available below the studio, alternatively there is a multi-storey carpark Sunshine Plaza
We are a 5-minute walk away from Bencoolen & Rochor MRT
We are an 8-minute walk away from Dhoby Ghaut MRT




Can I attend classes if I'm injured/pregnant?


You are allowed to attend at your own risk. Please seek professional medical advice and adhere to your doctor’s instructions. If you still wish to come for class, please inform instructors beforehand.




What payment options are available?


For offline payment, we accept NETS, Cash, GrabPay, Paylah and PayNow (UEN 53371899J) For online payment, we accept payment via VISA/Mastercard




What if the payment is unable to get through?


If the payment is unable to be processed, please take a screenshot of the error message you encounter and send it to us via hello@jyanyoga.com

What is the expected delivery time for your merchandise?


You can expect to receive your items within 3-5 working days. Pickup from the studio is available as well.




What is your return/refund policy?


If you wish to return an item due to manufacturer’s defect, please email hello@jyanyoga.com within 3 days upon receiving the product with photos clearly showing the defect. Do ensure that the products are returned in their original condition. *For the crystal bottles Do note that variances in a crystal's size and colour is not a defect. Every bottle will be unique, as each crystal combination is one-of-a-kind created just for you. :)
