  • do you have any introductory offers?
    Explore our 2-week unlimited trial pass for just $88 (exclusively for first-timers). The class pack is valid for one month, starting from your first class. You can get the trial pass here 🙂
  • I am REALLY new to yoga. what classes should I go for?
    Welcome to the beginning of your yoga adventure, and we're excited that you've opted to embark on this journey alongside us! We recommend getting started with our basic classes which will gently introduce you to the core aspects of yoga. You can explore our variety of class options tailored to your expertise level through this link. You can read up on our Get Started guide so you'll know what to expect at your first yoga class. In all of our classes, you are more than welcome to rest and whenever you feel like, take each class at your own pace, and re-join the class at your leisure.
  • how early should I arrive for class?
    Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the commencement of your class to get settled in. We will not allow entry into class once class has started.
  • what do I need to bring?
    Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable, light clothing that moves with your body. For Sound Bath classes, you can keep on your current attire as there's no yoga involved. Feel free to bring your own blanket or cushion if desired.
  • do I have to bring my own mat?
    You're more than welcome to bring along your own mat! We do provide mats for use if you decide to not bring yours.
  • how do I get to the studio?
    There is street parking available along Prinsep Street. Alternatively, there is a multi-storey carpark available at Sunshine Plaza. We are about 5-minute walk away from Bencoolen, Bras Basah & Rochor MRT and 12-minute walk away from Dhoby Ghaut MRT. We have 2 bus stops within 5-minute away, Sch of the Arts (08079) and Bencoolen Stn Exit B (08069).
  • what is the studio etiquette?
    be on time Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the commencement of class as late admittance is disruptive and we will not allow entry into class once class has started. check In Please check-in with our friendly front desk staff before all classes (let them know if you’re attending a back-to-back class). get unplugged Disconnect to connect. No personal belongings in the studios other than water and towels. All bags must be placed in the cubby holes at the reception area. Please ensure your electronic devices are on silent mode before being placed in lockers. If you would like to take pictures, please do so before or after class. stay till the end Please stay through the end of every class and allow it to work it’s magic. If you absolutely must leave early, please let your instructor know prior to class commencing and they will let you know when it is appropriate to leave to avoid disrupting others. lastly, make connections One of the best things about the Jyan Yoga is our community of warm, wonderful students (just like you!), so don't be afraid to strike up a conversation and make new friends. Who knows, you might find yourself a new yoga buddy! 👯‍♀️ 👯‍♂️
  • what is your cancellation/no-show policy?
    We have a strict class cancellation policy - you must cancel your booking at least 6 hours in advance. For class packages holders, credits will not be refunded for late-cancellations. For unlimited trial pass & monthly memberships, a late cancellation fee of $18 will be charged to your card for 2 consecutive late cancellations within 7 days. We're pretty sure you'd rather hang onto that cash... so let's try to avoid that! If you can't make it to class and have secured a spot, please make sure to cancel so another eager member of our community has a chance to attend.
  • can I attend classes if I'm injured/pregnant?
    You are allowed to attend at your own risk. Please seek professional medical advice and adhere to your doctor’s instructions. If you still wish to come for class, please inform instructors beforehand.
  • how can I book into a class?
    Once you have purchased an introductory offer, drop-in class, class package or unlimited membership, you can proceed to book into your preferred class using the Schedule on our website or Momence App. You can download our Flow Studio App on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store as we only have a limited number of spots per class, we highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment if a class is fully booked when you turn up.
  • i'm unable to book a class with my 2-week unlimited trial, what do I do?
    Your 2-week unlimited trial will commence upon booking your first class with us. Please be aware that the system automatically triggers pass activation with your first class reservation. If you choose to cancel this initial booking, kindly reach out to us so that we can reverse the activation process.
  • what if my class is cancelled?
    In the rare occasion that our class is cancelled, we will notify you at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time. The class credit will be promptly refunded to your account.
  • what is acroyoga?
    Acroyoga is a mixture of yoga and acrobatics. You can find out more it here.
  • what are the payment options available?
    You may make payment online on Momence via VISA or Mastercard. If you would like to make payment in person at our studio, do note that we only accept PayNow.
  • online payment doesn't seem to be working for me. is there an alternative method available?
    Yes you can PayNow to UEN 202029517N, then email us at hello@jyanyoga.com to let us know the package you’d like to purchase, along with the payment receipt.
  • can I extend or share my trial or promo packages?
    Trial passes and promo packages are strictly non-extendable, non-shareable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • can I freeze or extend my package?
    We will only accept package extensions based on the following reason(s): Medical Injury Overseas Travel Pregnancy Kindly email us at hello@jyanyoga.com with your relevant documents (i.e flight tickets or medical certificate) with the subject 'Membership Freeze/Extension Request' and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • are your packages transferrable?
    You may transfer your class pack in full to another person at a processing fee of $50. If the package is bought at a discounted rate which the transferee is not entitled to, he/she will have to top up the difference.
  • can I share my packages?
    Our class packages are strictly non-shareable and non-refundable, unless stated that the package is shareable.
  • when does my package start?
    Your package will be activated and begin from the day you schedule your first class.
  • how does the payment for your membership works?
    All memberships paid monthly are non-refundable in part or full after auto-debit has through.
  • when will my membership start?
    Your membership commences on the date of your first class booking and the amount will be charged on that date of each month.
  • can I refund my membership?
    For memberships paid upfront are not refundable under any circumstances. For all memberships paid monthly, we will not be able to refund the month if you have already been charged for the month. If you decide to cancel your membership before the contract expires, there will be an early termination fee of $248. However, if you would like to make changes, freeze your memberships for any reason, members must notify us via email at hello@jyanyoga.com at least one month prior.
  • is the card fee only applicable to the first payment?
    The card fee is applies for monthly recurring auto-debit.
  • what is the expected delivery time for your merchandise?
    You can expect to receive your items within 3-5 working days. Pickup from the studio is available as well.
  • what is your return/refund policy?
    If you wish to return an item due to manufacturer’s defect, please email hello@jyanyoga.com within 3 days upon receiving the product with photos clearly showing the defect. Do ensure that the products are returned in their original condition. ​ *For the crystal bottles Do note that variances in a crystal's size and colour is not a defect. Every bottle will be unique, as each crystal combination is one-of-a-kind created just for you. :)
