Which path is suitable for me?

If you want to deepen your understanding of yoga asanas, the right alignments, modifications and variations, yoga immersion is for you. If you want to hone yourself as a yoga teacher by learning not just the asanas but also the philosophy, method to teach, and explore the business of yoga, yoga teacher training is for you.

Do I need to be an advanced practitioner to join?

You do not need to be able to perform any advanced poses, arm balances, or inversions to take any of the paths. If you are passionate about yoga and have the desire to deepen your knowledge, then you have everything you need to begin!

What is the typical schedule for the training days?

You can check the schedule section above foor details. Typically the day will start with an hour of morning practice, followed by 90 minutes of 'work out' sessions before we break for lunch. After lunch there will be 'work in' sessions for about 90 minutes and then we'll end the day with topics from method and business.

Can I use skills future as YTT fees?

Not for now.

What are the pre-requisites to join?

There are no pre-requisites, just an open mind and a willing heart.

Do I need to have a regular yoga practice to join?

Not at all. But we hope that after doing any of the two paths with us, you'll be inspired to have a practice you can call your own.

What if I can't do some poses even after the training? Does that limit my teaching?

Not at all. You don't need to be able to do a pose to teach a pose. This is where you will learn to teach with effective cues and spot your students safely.

Will there be opportunities to teach?

Yes. You will pracrice teach your fellow students and towards the end of the training you will teach classes to friends and family as well.

Will there be any post YTT teaching opportunities?

Yes. More details will be shared during the training.

Is the YTT certified by Yoga Alliance?

No. However, this does not limit your opporunities to learn and teach yoga. What matters is how well you can embody the message of yoga and teach the same.

What if I fail the practicum?

The practicum is not a test but rather a display of what you have learned during the trainings. With regular attendance and participation we are sure you will be able to get through the practicum.
