giving students time and space to explore and have fun. To discover new transitions, shapes, and variations for their body.

- I'm a rescue diver
- I didn't plan to teach — I took my YTTC to further my own learning
- Very active — I dive, climb, pole, swim, snowboard, wakeboard, lift, and (try to) run

what is something you're currently working on?

self-practice (I prefer the class/studio environment)
