Pamela started yoga in 2013 to escape the painful mindless lunch chatter - she's an introvert - and to get her body moving beyond the routinised commute journey.
Through yoga, she discovered many new things about her body and enjoys the balance of focusing on the right things and letting go of the things that do not matter.
Her favourite yoga poses go back to basics - even the simplest of poses get difficult at times. She hopes to remind her students that the real challenge is to be mindful and to re-connect with the inner self.
Pamela also enjoys energetic HIIT sessions to reinvigorate her body and mind.
