I started taking up yoga to improve my strength and flexibility as a professional dancer and instructor. I've taken both Jiamin's regular yoga and Acroyoga classes. I love her classes! They are very challenging yet manageable. She's very approachable and always very willing to share her knowledge. She's truly an inspiration as a yogi and an instructor. As a dancer herself, she definitely knows how to push me to my best ability.

I'm a runner, and I took up yoga to improve my flexibility... they say flexibility is free speed! I've been to Jiamin's classes at two studios - one was regular yoga practice, the other, Acroyoga. Jiamin's regular classes are great: she is an excellent guide and a very competent yogi, so she can demonstrate challenging poses with ease. I found her classes very good for my flexibility, which is a key development area for me! The Acroyoga classes are very enjoyable: a bit more fun and relaxed, but well-planned with solid warm-up and demonstration and checking. She is really generous with her time, very helpful with questions and advice on how to improve my practice. 
End result: Jiamin has helped me greatly with my practice, which I believe has also helped me across all my daily activities, particularly in my running.
